Title: Do lunar phases influence menstruation? A year-long retrospective study
Author: I. Ilias, F. Spanoudi, E. Koukkou, D. A. Adamopoulos, S. C. Nikopoulou

Abstract: We assessed with cross-approximate entropy menstruation onset versus moon phases in 74 women with 980 menstrual cycles over a calendar year. In defiance of traditional beliefs and contrary to what some researchers have argued with short-term research work, in this long-term study we did not find any synchrony of lunar phases with the menstrual cycle.
