Title: Dodekafonie a serialismus v české sborové tvorbě
Author: Stanislav Pecháček
Abstract: The study deals with dodecaphony and serialism in Czech choral literature of the 1960s, namely in the pieces by J. Klusák, J. Rychlík, M. Kopelent, Z. Vostřák, L. Fišer, D. Lidmila and C. Kohoutek, and with their individual specifics. The author concentrates on a detailed analysis of the composition Skalické zvony (Bells of Skalica) by C. Kohoutek in the central part of his text. He concludes that despite mathematical approach to the organisation of tone material the compositions sound very dramatic. |
